Do many people remember the old saying, If you snooze you loose.

Well, that's what going to happen if you continue procrastinate and hurry and get in on all these deals!

The deals are running out and you need to take heed. The opportunity to get your home at the lowest price is slipping away. Prices are on the rise which is very good for all the sellers. Ready to think of those honey dos in home improvements and you are not quite sure what pays big dividends when you do to sell.

Well, focus on kitchen and bathrooms renovating those areas pays big big bucks.

Applying fresh paint and placing new flooring  helps the house sell, if you replace floors with hard woods it pays some dividends

Invest in yard and maintenance it helps your home to sell. Showing a homebuyer that you took tender love and care of your home definitely makes a good sale

It's the little things that makes people think about not purchasing your home.

Try garbage cans on the side of the home, nope that is not the answer, it's called curb appeal. Having your home immaculate outside is important. Lawn manicured, lovely flowers etc.

Try having a awful smell when potential buyers walk in to your home, nope not the answer. You want to have wonderful smells and perhaps soft easy listening music. Bad smells are a major turn off!

Try having your house cluttered with all kinds of house goods, nope not the answer, remember  is better! We know you live there, but remember you want to sell!

If you are in a stress home situation, there are options. Foreclosure should not be your option! It hurts everyone around us when people foreclose.

It effects you, your credit, your neighbors, community, state, nation and your ability to buy another home.

It is the best time to buy, if you are looking to own your home or invest! You don't want to miss out on the deals that are out there! If you have been putting off your purchase, you better jump on the deals now because they are not going to last!

Unfortunately, we had to experience this this slump to get back to a sellers market, but YES the market will come back, IS COMING BACK! This nation was built on real estate and guess what, we all need to live somewhere. It's that simple and I am sure you didn't think of that way, but it is total logic.

Yes, there are plenty of deals in the housing market for buyers, however if you are expecting to get prices reduce from the listing price those days are coming to an end fast!  As a matter of fact, you might be offering over the list price because there are so many offers on one property that inorder to get it you will have to up that offer.

I here this saying all the the time" No one is buying homes", "The banks are not loaning money to anyone to  buy homes" Both statements are far from the truth. People are buying homes so fast it makes your head spin! As matter of fact the supply of homes are becoming scarce and the demand is huge, so guess what do you think the housing market is coming back, of course!

Banks are loaning if you got the credit and that's what we want a responsible market, right!

Let's face what's going on in todays market. 6 months ago there were so many homes on the market in various price levels and with great prices! As it stands today, all you homebuyers who want the great dealS, you better jumb on the deals because they slowly going away! The market as we knew it a year ago, 6 months ago is changing!

The best time for sellers to put their home on the market is between March -May. So if you thinking about selling call your  Professional Realtor for tips on what you need to do to get your home sold.

For some seller is March-May may not be the perfect time, however a seller can put their home on the market at anytime, however just be prepare to have a longer sales cycle with your home because most buyers start transition in the spring. I like setting the right expectations for my clients, I think if you do that and are very honest. I think clients can respect that and will be with you for a long time.
